Having spent the first part of her artistic journey playing music and touring. Monica settled into painting as a way of translating the rhythm and emotion of music onto canvas. The work results in what are her raw, energetic ,color juxtapositions, inviting the viewer to travel into worlds of light , shadow, color and space.
